1. Agreement

You must not be a professional athlete or official in any sport if betting on that sport.

You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration.

3. Account Rules

One account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in account closure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
Yebo Casino reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be subject to inactivity fees or closure after notification.

4. Deposits

Minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Other methods may have different minimums.
Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
Yebo Casino does not accept deposits from third parties — only your own verified payment methods.
All deposits are subject to a KYC check before the first withdrawal.

5. Withdrawals

Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit (AML requirement).
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal is ₱100,000 (higher limits available for VIP players).
Processing time: GCash/Maya — up to 24 hours; Bank Transfer — 1–3 business days after approval.

6. Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual bonus offer.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
Yebo Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
Maximum bet during active bonus wagering is ₱500 per spin/round unless otherwise specified.

7. Prohibited Activities

Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games
Chip dumping or collusion in multiplayer games
Exploiting glitches or software errors for financial gain
Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geo-restrictions
Money laundering or any financial crime

8. Limitation of Liability

Yebo Casino provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yebo Casino is licensed. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through our internal complaint process, and subsequently through applicable regulatory bodies.
